• Goal 1:Ensure meaningful post-secondary outcomes for every student, prepared for life after graduation.
  • Objective: Ensure every student has access to rigorous and robust opportunities leading to high-quality post-secondary outcomes. 
    • Target 1: By the end of their  sophomore year, 50% of students will have an actionable post-secondary plan. Also,  By the end of a student's senior year, 90% of students will have an actionable and evidence-based post-secondary plan. 
    • Target 2: By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, our graduation rate will be at or above the district's on-time graduation rate.
    • Target 3:  By the end of the 23-24 school year our chronic absenteeism will be reduced by 10% or more. 
• Goal 2: Support high expectations for academic performance and expand opportunities for every student.
  • Objective:  Stafford County Public Schools will close performance gaps between reporting categories, improving performance for every student. 
    • Target 1: Using the SOL test data, Students with Disabilities pass rates will increase by 20% of the achievement gap across all content areas
    • Target 2: English Learners pass rates will increase by 20% of the achievement gap across all content areas
